No summary. This is the opening of the piece you get on Sunday, word for word.
Open your sent folder. Search the last 30 days for replies longer than three lines. You will find the same five or six explanations written again and again: shipping times, how to reschedule, what the deposit covers, why a refund takes a week.
Copy 40 of those replies into one document. Remove names, order numbers and anything private. This takes about 15 minutes, and it is the only boring part.
If you've typed it three times, the fourth time belongs to a template.
Now paste the document into the AI assistant you already use, with the prompt below. You are not asking it to write for you yet. You are asking it to sort what you already wrote.
You should get back six to nine templates. Check each one against two real emails. Fix the tone once, by hand. Save the result as your reply library.
The full piece continues with: a tone sheet so drafts sound like you, a 10-email test before you trust it, and three kinds of email AI should never answer for you. 2,100 words · 14 minutes · 3 prompts.
The method
You work on one business task per week. About 45 minutes in total, split into four short sittings.
Use the task finder in the app. It lists 30 common jobs by desk. You choose the one that costs you the most time this week.
Open the matching deep-dive, new or from the archive. Each one gives you the prompt, a worked example and the checks to run.
Use the prompt on a real task, not a practice one. A short checklist tells you what to verify before anything goes to a customer.
Save your final version to your own folder in the app. Next week's task starts from it.
The archive
Each card is a full guide with prompts you can copy. Times are real reading times.
Three prompt versions for the day-3, day-7 and day-14 nudge, plus the one line you should always write yourself.
Paste 200 rows, get duplicates flagged and names fixed. Then a two-minute check so you can trust the output.
Turn one job you finished into twelve posts in three formats, without inventing details the customer never said.
A prompt that groups expenses the way your bookkeeper asks for them, and the fields to remove first.
Paste your public reviews, get the three most repeated complaints, each with a first step for this week.
A one-page checklist for client data, passwords and contracts, and a safe way to share examples without them.

Every piece sits on one desk. Open a desk, sort by time, start.
End any long prompt with: "Before you start, ask me three things you need to know." The first draft gets closer to what you meant.

Phone, tablet and web
The trial costs nothing. If the first charge goes through and Porchlight is not useful to you, write to support within 21 days of that charge. You get the full amount back, and your access ends that day.
Fine print
No. Every piece uses plain prompts you copy and paste into a chat window. If you can write an email, you can follow it.
Any general AI assistant you already use. Prompts are written to work on free tiers, and each piece notes when a paid feature helps.
Billing starts when the trial ends: day 3 on Monthly, day 7 on Quarterly and Yearly. Cancel in settings before then and you pay nothing. Cancel later and the plan stops at its next renewal date.
